SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS

Showers and thunderstorms are moving east to west and affecting allthe islands. The meteorological network continues to report strong windgusts across the waters, but lower in magnitude than earlier reports.A surface high-pressure building across the Central Atlantic willpromote moderate to locally fresh easterly winds early next week. Atrade wind perturbation will arrive by Monday, increasing thepotential for showers and thunderstorms.
